How are your items so inexpensive?!
We work directly with suppliers, so there's no middle-man/woman! This means we can ship them directly to you from overseas at the cost of slightly longer shipping times.
Hey! When will I receive my order?
USA orders take 3-5 weeks. International order may take up to up 8 weeks. If you cannot wait that long, please do not order. Please be patient, we know you're excited :)
If you've ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately as our products are shipped to you directly from the various manufacturers.

How long is order processing?
Orders can sometimes take 3-6 days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship on weekends.
I only received part of my order. What happened?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So try not to get too worried if you open the package and there's an item missing! It's on the way :)
Why isn't my tracking number working?
Unfortunately, not all of our suppliers may offer tracking numbers If the tracking number is provided, it takes up to 2-4 days after your order for the information to be populated, so please be patient.

How do I return an item?
We offer fully-refunded returns only if a mistake was made on our side. Since we work with international vendors, our product descriptions may occasionally be incorrect due to language barriers.
If you receive an item which does not match its description, you can return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. You'll also receive a free store gift card for your trouble.
Please note: refunds/returns are not provided due to customer error. Example: incorrect shipping address, not reading sizes of products, etc. We do not do returns or refunds on promotional items or free plus shipping items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
